Swap Administrator Rights. The Swap Administrator shall be entitled to the same rights, protections and indemnities afforded to the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture, in each case, as if specifically set forth herein with respect to the Swap Administrator.
