Common use of SWAP AGREEMENT AND SB-AM SWAP AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

SWAP AGREEMENT AND SB-AM SWAP AGREEMENT. The Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to, and agrees that it shall (a) enter into the Swap Agreement on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust and (b) enter into the SB-AM Swap Agreement on behalf of (i) the Class A Certificateholders and Class M Certificateholders on the one hand, and (ii) the Class SB Certificateholders on the other hand.
