The following terms apply for each of Sweden and Denmark: (a) if the MicroStrategy contracting entity is MicroStrategy Sweden AB, the Governing Law will be the laws of Sweden; if the MicroStrategy contracting entity is MicroStrategy Denmark ApS, the Governing Law will be the laws of Denmark; and (b) any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the parties’ relationship under it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of (i) the Maritime and Commercial Court of Stockholm, if the MicroStrategy contracting entity is MicroStrategy Sweden AB; or (ii) the Maritime and Commercial Court of Copenhagen, if the MicroStrategy contracting entity is MicroStrategy Denmark ApS; (c) The following sentence is added at the beginning of the “Term and termination” section of the General Terms: “This Agreement shall be for an indefinite term unless terminated by a party in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.” (d) references to “CPI” in the Agreement will be deemed to refer to “local CPI.”
