Common use of Swing Sublimit Clause in Contracts

Swing Sublimit. As to each Swing Bank, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $48,000,000 and (b) the Total Commitment. The aggregate Swing Sublimit for all Swing Banks is $240,000,000. The Swing Sublimit of each Swing Bank is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Commitment.
