Swingline Bank, Issuing Bank and Administrative Agent. No amendment, waiver or consent shall, unless in writing and signed by the Swingline Bank and each affected Issuing Bank, as the case may be, in addition to the Lenders required above to take such action, affect the rights or obligations of the Swingline Bank or such Issuing Bank, as the case may be, under this Agreement; and no amendment, waiver or consent shall, unless in writing and signed by the Administrative Agent in addition to the Lenders required above to take such action, affect the rights or duties of the Administrative Agent under this Agreement.
