Common use of Swingline Loan Availability Clause in Contracts

Swingline Loan Availability. No Borrowing of Swingline Loans shall be made if, after giving effect thereto, (A) the Available Revolving Facility Commitment would be less than zero, (B) aggregate principal balance of the Swingline Loans exceeds the Swingline Loan Commitment, or (C) the Available Revolving Lender Commitment of any Revolving Lender would be less than zero. If at any time the aggregate principal balance of the Swingline Loans then outstanding exceeds the Swingline Loan Commitment, the Borrower shall be deemed to have requested a Revolving Loan Borrowing in the amount of the difference in the manner and pursuant to the terms of Section 2.1.1(e)(iii).
