Swiss Guaranty Limitation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the obligations of a Guarantor incorporated in Switzerland (a “Swiss Guarantor”) and the rights of the Administrative Agent under this Agreement are subject to the following limitations:
