Switch and frame conversion quiet periods are the time period within which LSRs may not contain Due Dates, with the exception of LSRs that result in disconnect orders, including those related to LNP orders, record orders, Billing change orders for non-switched products, and emergency orders. 12.3.24.7.1 LSRs of any kind issued during Switch or frame conversion quiet periods create the potential for loss of End User Customer service due to manual operational processes caused by the Switch or frame conversion.
