Syndication Agents. The Syndication Agents named on the cover page of this Agreement, in their capacity as such, shall have no obligation, responsibility or required performance hereunder and shall not become liable in any manner to any party hereto. No party hereto shall have any obligation or liability, or owe any performance, hereunder, to the Syndication Agents in their capacity as such.
Syndication Agents. Neither of the Syndication Agents shall have any right, power, duty or obligation under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 8.6.
Syndication Agents. As Syndication Agents, none of BNP Paribas, First Union National Bank or ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of BNP Paribas, First Union National Bank or ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. shall have any or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on BNP Paribas, First Union National Bank or ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in not taking action hereunder or under the Loan Documents.
Syndication Agents. SENIOR MANAGING AGENTS; MANAGING AGENTS. None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as the "Syndication Agents", "Senior Managing Agents" or "Managing Agents" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement in such identified capacity other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Agent in SECTION 10.11.
Syndication Agents. Each Lender hereby designates W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association, and U.S. Bank national Association as Co-Syndication Agents and agrees that the Syndication Agents shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Credit Party.
