Common use of Syndication Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agents. None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as Syndication Agents shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 10.11.

Syndication Agents. None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as Syndication Agents shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility duty or duty obligation under this Credit Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 10.118.6.

None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement as a Syndication Agents Agent shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent in Section 10.119.07.

None of the Lenders identified in this Agreement herein as a "Syndication Agents Agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of such Lenders shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the same acknowledgments with respect Lenders identified as Syndication Agents in deciding to such Lenders as it makes with respect to the Administrative Agent enter into this Agreement or in Section 10.11taking action hereunder.
