Syndication and Documentation Agents. The Syndication Agents and the Documentation Agents shall not have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such.
Syndication and Documentation Agents. Each Syndication Agent in its capacity as Syndication Agent and each documentation agent in its capacity as documentation agent shall have no duties or responsibilities and no liabilities under this Agreement or any other Loan Document but shall be entitled, in such capacity, to the same protections afforded to the Administrative Agent under this Article XIII.
Syndication and Documentation Agents. The entities identified on the cover page of this Agreement as the "Syndication Agent" and the "Documentation Agent", respectively, shall, in each case, not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement (or any other Loan Document) other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the entities so identified as the "Syndication Agent" and the "Documentation Agent", respectively, shall not have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on the entities so identified as the "Syndication Agent" and the "Documentation Agent", respectively, in deciding to enter into this Agreement and each other Loan Document to which it is a party or in taking or not taking action hereunder or thereunder.
