Addresses for Notices. 33.1 The Parties to this Agreement select the physical addresses and fax numbers, as detailed hereafter, as their respective addresses for giving or sending any notice provided for or required in terms of this Agreement, provided that either Party shall be entitled to substitute such other address or fax number, as may be, by written notice to the other:

All notices and other communications provided for hereunder shall be given in the form and manner and delivered to Agent at its address specified in the Credit Agreement, and to any of the Grantors at their respective addresses specified in the Credit Agreement or Guaranty, as applicable, or, as to any party, at such other address as shall be designated by such party in a written notice to the other party.

All such notices and other communications shall, when mailed, be effective when deposited in the mails, addressed as aforesaid.
