Syndication Party Default. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Credit Agreement, if any Syndication Party becomes a Defaulting Syndication Party, then, until such time as such Syndication Party is no longer a Defaulting Syndication Party, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
