Synthetic Leases. Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary will enter into any Synthetic Lease if, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate amount financed under all Synthetic Leases entered into in any period of twelve consecutive calendar months commencing after the date hereof would exceed $35,000,000.
