System Acquisition Sample Clauses
System Acquisition. Vendor shall invoice User for the System purchase price, license/sublicense fees, and all other amounts set forth on Exhibit A in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in Exhibit D. User shall pay each in- voice within thirty (30) days after User's receipt of such invoice.
System Acquisition. The Commission Agent is responsible for ensuring it has all of the required equipment, software, and hardware to conduct business in accordance with DMV standards, policies, and procedures. The required equipment is further described in Appendix A, Attachment One DMV Commission Agent System Requirements (two pages).
System Acquisition. In the event that the SASH care management system is disabled or discontinued, the support staff funded under this grant shall help reimplement the prior care management system and/or acquire and implement a new care management system as soon as possible for SASH.
