System Condition. The Power Producer shall take all actions reasonably necessary to ensure that the System is capable of providing Solar Power at a commercially reasonable continuous rate: Subject to there being no Purchaser Default, the Power Producer 'shall provide 24 x 7 offsite / offsite monitoring and maintenance of the System throughout the period of this agreement at no additional cost.
System Condition. A specified condition on the Transmission Provider’s system or on a neighboring system, such as a constrained transmission element or flowgate, that may trigger Curtailment of Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service using the curtailment priority pursuant to Section 13.6. Such conditions must be identified in the Transmission Customer’s Service Agreement.

If the System remains inoperable or operates at a reduced efficiency and cannot be restored within three (3) Business Days, Provider shall provide Host with a plan describing the actions that it intends to take to cure the outage.
System Condition. The SPD shall take all actions reasonably necessary to ensure that the System is capable of providing Solar Power at a commercially reasonable continuous rate. Subject to there being no Buying Entity Default, the SPD shall provide 24 x 7 onsite / offsite monitoring and maintenance of the System throughout the period of this agreement at no additional cost.
System Condition. Lessee shall maintain its System in good condition and promptly repair or replace any damage to the System. Lessee shall notify Lessor in advance of any repair or replacement dates, to ensure proper coordination of activities.
