In accordance with Section 4.1. hereof, Provider shall promptly repair any damage or malfunction or restore the operation of the System or the supply of Solar Services. In the case of an emergency, Provider shall dispatch the appropriate personnel immediately to perform the necessary repairs or corrective action in an expeditious and safe manner.
