System Delivery Point Sample Clauses
The System Delivery Point clause defines the specific location or interface where a system, product, or service is considered delivered from the supplier to the customer. In practice, this clause identifies the physical site, network node, or other agreed-upon point at which ownership, risk, or responsibility for the system transfers to the buyer. For example, it may specify a data center, a customer facility, or a digital handover point. Its core function is to provide clarity and prevent disputes by establishing exactly when and where delivery obligations are fulfilled.
