System Engineering. The Contractor shall establish a system engineering office within the S-BSS program organization and shall maintain this office throughout the duration of the program. This office shall implement and maintain the System Design Plan submitted with the Contractor’s proposal and approved at the Kick-Off Meeting, and shall ensure that all design activities are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the plan. The system engineering office shall have the overall responsibility of ensuring that the S-BSS is in full compliance with the functional and performance requirements contained in the System Procurement Specification, and agreed to in the CONOPS, the System Performance Specification, and the ICD. The Contractors system engineering office shall perform the following specific tasks and others as necessary.
System Engineering. PARTNER shall conduct training in an efficient manner to produce well trained proficient personnel capable of engineering. The course is intended to train personnel to have basic knowledge of CDMA network planning and system design engineering.
System Engineering. The Contractor shall establish a system engineering office within the Chipset program organization and shall maintain this office throughout the duration of the program. This office shall implement and maintain the System Design Plan approved at the Kick-Off Meeting, and shall ensure that all design activities are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the plan. The system engineering office shall have the overall responsibility of ensuring that the Chipset is in full compliance with the functional and performance requirements and that it is fully operational with the S-BSS. The Contractor’s system engineering office shall perform the following specific tasks and others as necessary.

The contributions in system engineering cover all work packages related to the system definition, system validation and system optimization until the release of the final system and waveform specifications. System Engineering. The contractor shall provide technical support in the generation and review of system requirements, either using a MIL-STD top-down hierarchical approach or another approach as directed by the Government. In addition to system-level requirements, requirements shall include control, and man-machine interface, as well as those for aircraft integration and installation. The contractor shall develop and deliver design documentation (CDRL A007). The contractor shall define and document system interfaces with the aircraft and with other airborne and ground- based systems and facilities. Additionally, the contractor shall define and document the interfaces between system hardware configuration items. System engineering shall include evaluations relating to definition of the system architecture, development of hardware and software requirements, and interface definitions. All system documentation shall be updated to reflect the new configuration (CDRL A008).
System Engineering. C.2.1.2.1 The Contractor shall develop and document an engineered solution that addresses all requirements as outlined in this contract and the specific Task Order.
System Engineering. For assigned systems, the Contractor shall perform system engineering tasks defined in the below subsections. Tasks shall be accomplished in accordance with the H-1 Development Schedules (ref. 2.2(s)).

System Engineering. The Seller shall provide the engineering effort necessary to ensure successful development, testing, installation, and maintenance of specification-compliant end items. The Seller shall provide engineering efforts, as necessary, to support the development of the Interface Control Document (ICD), pre-planned product improvement, technology insertion, and to solve problems associated with the Seller's product. The sections within the ICD which deal with external interfaces to the Photo Imaging System shall be reviewed during the Customization Specifications Review.
