System Information. For the avoidance of any doubt, Bionics acknowledges and agrees that the Company is permitted to share its System information with third parties following the expiration of the Exclusivity Period if the Parties do not execute and deliver the Subsequent System License within the Exclusivity Period.
System Information. The Seller shall provide Buyer a true and accurate description of the video and high-speed data systems operating on each of the Properties, including information regarding channel capacities; the number of residential units on the Properties receiving service under an Access Agreement; and average monthly revenue per Property (excluding any administrative fees and any revenue received as a result of franchise fees and any other similar fees that are passed through to the subscriber) for the three-month period ended the last day of the last full month prior to the Closing Date.
System Information. With respect to each of the Systems, disclosed on SCHEDULE 4.16 are (a) the approximate number of plant miles (aerial and underground) for the System, (b) the minimum bandwidth capability, channel capacity and two-way capability of each headend, (c) the stations and signals carried by the System and (d) the channel position of each such signal and station (including a designation of which broadcast stations are distributed pursuant to a retransmission consent and which are distributed pursuant to a must-carry election), which information is true and correct in all material respects, in each case as of the applicable dates specified therein and subject to any qualifications set forth therein. Also disclosed on SCHEDULE 4.16 are the approximate number of homes passed by the System, and the number of subscribers of the System as of the applicable dates and calculated pursuant to the methodology specified therein. Seller has delivered to Buyer information on the channel lineups and the monthly rates charged for each class of service for the Systems (including installation charges), which information is true and correct in all material respects, in each case as of the applicable dates specified therein and subject to any qualifications set forth therein.
System Information. Within thirty (30) days of the EBS Relevance Date for a Market Area, Clearwire shall disclose in writing to the affected Licensee(s) the system capabilities, services, and feature sets that are generally provided to Clearwire's or its Affiliate's retail customers and wholesalers to mass market customers ("System Service Capabilities"), which information can be provided by reference to Clearwire's website to the extent that it is available to the public there. At such time as System Service Capabilities are changed for any Market Area, Clearwire shall so notify the affected Licensee(s) in writing within 30 days of such change. Clearwire will also provide appropriate supporting information of the change as may be reasonably requested by Licensee.
System Information. Customer must provide to Check Point information for each System under a Support Plan by registering all products in the Customer’s User Center Account with accurate details:
(a) Product License Key or Device Number;
(b) Physical Site location of the Hardware product; and
(c) Site contact person. If Customer physically moves any Hardware from the original Site to an other location, Customer must inform Check Point of such change immediately with updated Site location and contact. It is Customer’s responsibility to update such change in the Customer’s User Center Account. Prior to Check Point’s receipt of such notification from Customer, Check Point shall not be liable for any lapses in service coverage or Hardware delivery delays with respect to such Hardware.
System Information. Upon request the Customer must provide EMI with information on the Customer system, including the list of installed EMI Components, their version, the Operating System and other installed software.

Also disclosed on Schedule 4.16 are the approximate number of homes passed by the System, and the approximate number of Equivalent Basic Subscribers of the System as of the applicable dates specified therein. Seller has delivered to Buyer information on the channel lineups and the monthly rates charged for each class of service for the Systems (including installation charges), which information is true, complete and correct, in each case as of the applicable dates specified therein and subject to any qualifications set forth therein. Seller has implemented, or will implement in accordance with its operating budget and the schedule of rate increases provided to Buyer, any rate increases for calendar year 2001 set forth in its operating budget or such schedule. Disclosed on Schedule 4.16 is a list of all promotions and offers of discounts made by Seller in the 12 months prior to the date of this Agreement with respect to the Systems, which list is true, complete and correct in all material respects as of the date of this Agreement.
System Information. In order for Pulse Secure to provide the appropriate level of Technical Support promptly and efficiently, End User shall provide to Pulse Secure, as needed, the following information for each System under a Service Contract:
i) product license key or serial number;
ii) configuration;
iii) installation address; and
iv) Site contact person. End User shall provide the above System information at Pulse Secure’s Technical Support portal at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. If End User physically moves any System from the original Site to another location, End User must notify Pulse Secure immediately to update their Service Contract. Prior to Pulse Secure’s receipt of such notification, Pulse Secure shall not be liable for any lapses in service coverage or Hardware delivery delays with respect to such System.
System Information. All information provided by Manager or RHI to Owner in the ordinary course of business, in any form, including information, knowledge, know-how, drawings, materials, technology, equipment, Marketing plans, strategic plans, methods, procedures, specifications, policy manuals, operating manuals, techniques, computer programs and systems. System Reservation. A reservation for a guestroom in the Hotel, which is processed through the Reservation System and is never canceled through the Reservation System.
System Information. The number of Equivalent Basic Subscribers served by the System, the number of subscribers served by the System taking Expanded Basic Services and the bandwidth of the System, the approximate number of Homes Passed by the System and the approximate number of miles of plant included in the Assets, each as of June 30, 1996, are as set forth on Schedule 5.14. Approximately twenty-eight percent of miles of plant included in the System are built to at least 450 MHz. As of the date of this Agreement, there are no pending complaints by subscribers or other users of the System.
