SYSTEM INSURANCE. Multitrade shall maintain in full force and effect, at its expense, casualty and liability insurance on the System and liability insurance for its undertakings hereunder equal to at least the amounts required by statute and the amounts customarily maintained in the industry for steam generating facilities of similar size and type as the System. Multitrade shall also maintain excess liability coverage with a minimum limit of $2,000,000.

SYSTEM INSURANCE. The City shall at all times maintain with responsible insurers all such insurance on the System as is customarily maintained with respect to works and properties of like character against accident to, loss of or damage to such works or properties. The net proceeds of insurance against accident to or material destruction of the System shall be used to repair or rebuild the damaged or destroyed System, and to the extent not so applied, will be applied to the payment or redemption of the Bond.
SYSTEM INSURANCE. A policy or policies of insurance against loss or damage arising from incidents relating to the air conditioning and/or heating systems, electrical systems, other pressure vessels, high pressure piping and machinery, if any, installed in the buildings and improvements, for an amount reasonably satisfactory to the Mortgagee.

  • Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000

  • Group Insurance All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive the same group insurance benefits as provided to other County employees in accordance with the County Benefit Program.

  • Boiler and Machinery Insurance The Owner shall have the option of purchasing and maintaining boiler and machinery insurance required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover such insured objects during installation and until final acceptance by the Owner. If purchased this insurance shall include interests of the Owner, Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontrators in the Work.

  • Travel Insurance The Employer shall provide and pay the full cost for travel insurance to cover all members of the bargaining unit for all modes of travel, in the amount of $200,000.00. The travel insurance policy shall also cover employees while on union business.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Vision Insurance The County will provide and pay all the premiums necessary for WCIF VSP vision insurance.

  • Fire Insurance The LESSEE shall not permit any use of the leased premises which will make voidable any insurance on the property of which the leased premises are a part, or on the contents of said property or which shall be contrary to any law or regulation from time to time established by the New England Fire Insurance Rating Association, or any similar body succeeding to its powers. The LESSEE shall on demand reimburse the LESSOR, and all other tenants, all extra insurance premiums caused by the LESSEE's use of the premises.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Insurance The Lessee shall procure and maintain a valid Comprehensive General Liability Insurance indemnifying the Lessor with minimum coverage of $ for personal injury and $ for damage to property.

  • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.

  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance Contractor shall obtain and maintain a policy of workers’ compensation insurance for all of Contractor’s employees in accordance with the provisions of Labor Code Sections 3700, et seq., and all other applicable laws and requirements. In case any class of employee is not protected under the workers’ compensation laws for any reason, Contractor shall provide adequate coverage as shall be necessary for the protection of such employees. Prior to commencement of the Work, Contractor shall sign and file with District a certification regarding insurance for workers’ compensation in accordance with Labor Code Section 1861.
