Systemic Violations. If the Compliance Dispute Review Officer determines that Company is engaged in a systemic violation of its obligations under § 7 of this Agreement, then the Compliance Dispute Review Officer may order appropriate remedies only as necessary and designed to obtain compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
