Systems Administration. This Service entails ongoing management (including account and DNS management), training and assistance in troubleshooting the following: FTD’s florist and consumer websites; Oracle EBS application (as defined below); Longview application; Clarity application; and the Solaris, Linux (RedHat Enterprise and CentOS) and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (collectively, the “Covered Systems”). Ongoing management services include management of hardware, database administration, software maintenance, and physical access to the datacenters.

1.6.2 Systems administration services include:
1.6.2.1 Installing, updating, maintaining, and administering various operating systems on various platforms, which involves:
1.6.2.1.1 Building, installing, configuring, maintaining, and administering server platforms and operating system components for mainframe, microcomputer, and/or client server systems
1.6.2.2 Designing and administering active directory, exchange, e-mail, backup, and related systems as well as adding users, computers, and servers to the active directory domain
1.6.2.3 Testing and installing critical upgrades and security patches
1.6.2.4 Designing, administering, and making provisions for storage area network (SAN) as well as monitoring its performance and utilization
1.6.2.5 Performing management and administration of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tenants
Systems Administration. Backup Maintenance. Company shall reactively investigate and repair backup software issues if the backup application is able to provide backup status notifications. Company will monitor and remediate issues with backup jobs failing if escalated by the Customer. Customer will continue to configure and maintain backup jobs for new and existing Virtual Machines or Servers.
Systems Administration. The bank will provide advice and guidance with regards to computer software and hardware to CMS.
Systems Administration. System Troubleshooting. VPLS shall discover and repair Windows Server OS problems as required
Systems Administration. Email Administration. Company will maintain and support on-premise Exchange, Office 365 and Google Apps.
Systems Administration. As detailed in the Roles and Responsibilities table in Section 1.4 below, the Vendor will provide DSHS systems administration assistance in the following areas:
a. Capacity planning
b. Storage management
c. Hardware and software support d. Performance tuning
e. Application software migration control f. Disaster recovery g. Back-up and recovery

Systems Administration. Systems administration includes installation, initial configuration and ongoing management of UOL-approved (approval not to be unreasonably withheld) server hardware. Installation includes the planning, selection, sizing, and physical deployment of the servers and the installation and configuration of the operating system and related components. Standard supported operating systems include Solaris, Linux (RedHat) and Microsoft Windows. Ongoing management services include management of hardware and software maintenance and 24x7 response by UOL. UOL can manage all hardware, OS and application configuration changes on behalf of the CMC.
Systems Administration. Policy Enforcement. VPLS will maintain and enforce login policies, account policies, screensavers, desktop look & feel, program access, application installation & usage permissions, Windows system settings access, and all other GPO-based policies.
