Systems Administrator(s). A "Systems Administrator" is any Representative and any other individual authorized to establish and change user names and user-specific codes and transaction limits and other limitations or conditions for each username or user-specific code assigned for use with the Cash Management Service(s) Online Banking system(s).
1) Youmustincludethe names oftheinitialperson(s) designated as SystemsAdministrator(s) to us.
2) AdditionalSystems Administrator(s) maybedesignatedbyanyexistingSystems Administrator(s).
3) You shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to us, any and all identification documentation of the proposed Systems Administrator as deemed necessary by us.
4) We may rely and act on any instructions from Systems Administrator(s) without incurringliability to you until we receive notice ofany changes to Systems Administrator(s) inaccordance withthe termsofthisAgreementand we have hadreasonable time to makethe requested changes.
Systems Administrator(s). If you are a systems administrator who has contracted multiple logins, you may authorize additional end users, up to the number of contracted passwords; and you may assign various permission levels to those passwords.
