Systems Coordination. Contractor shall ensure, at its expense, that Contractor’s systems communicate via electronic data interchange and seamlessly exchange data with Oncor’s analogous systems through portal(s) and other interface(s) that are proposed by Oncor and are reasonably acceptable to Contractor.
