Systems Installation and Use. At its cost, Franchisee will purchase or lease, install, maintain and use at the Hotel all mandatory Electronic Systems (and optional Electronic Systems that Franchisee elects to use) in compliance with the Standards or other approved specifications. Franchisee will pay all Electronic Systems Fees to Franchisor. Franchisee will not use the Electronic Systems for any purpose except for the benefit of the Hotel.
