T enant's Use of Premises and Airport. A. No Interference. Tenant and Tenant’s Associates shall not use the Premises or the Airport in any manner that City determines (in City's sole discretion) interferes with any operation at the Airport or decreases the Airport's effectiveness. Tenant shall promptly notify City of any use that creates such interference or decrease in effectiveness and remedy the same to City's sole satisfaction.
