Common use of T ermination Clause in Contracts

T ermination. Step 4 of this grievance procedure shall terminate on the expiration date of this Contract unless the Contract is extended by the mutual written consent of the parties. Grievances arising during the term of the Contract shall proceed to resolution (including Step 4) regardless of the expiration date of this Agreement.
