T-Mobile Collocator Remedies. (i) Upon the occurrence of any event of default by Tower Operator under Section 25(c)(i) in respect of any Site, T-Mobile Collocator may terminate this Agreement as to such Site by giving Tower Operator written notice of termination, and this Agreement shall be terminated as to such Site 30 days after Tower Operator's receipt of such termination notice; provided, however, that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
