T1 Licensed Products. Novartis will pay to Surface royalties on a T1 Licensed Product-by-T1 Licensed Product basis on Annual Net Sales for each T1 Licensed Product at the royalty rates (“T1 Royalty Rates”) set forth below (the “T1 Net Sales Royalty”).
