Tablets. Developer shall provide ADOT with 60 tablets capable of running a mobile 35 operating system such as iOS or Android and the tablets must be able to access the
Tablets. Contractor shall provide the Edovo Tablet solution to State to be checked out by the inmates. Edovo tablets shall include an Edovo Connect appliance and firewall at each participating facility to maintain connectivity to the Edovo Private Cloud and shall include a charging station to accommodate all units. Contractor shall supply a Xxxxx tablet solution for music and game downloads to State that will be for purchase by the inmates. Inmates with existing MP3 players will receive Xxxxx tablets at no charge from the Contractor upon implementation. Songs shall be available for download to Xxxxx tablets. Upon implementation and once the existing player has been turned in or the MP3 players mortality has expired, previously purchased/downloaded music shall be transferred to Xxxxx tablets at no charge. Tablets shall not include e-messaging capabilities, video call capabilities, or movie downloads. However, State reserves the right to add these additional services at a later day if deemed appropriate.
Tablets. For Included Programs in Standard Definition and High Definition on all Tablets:
3.2.3.1 Licensee shall enable HDCP on all uncompressed digital outputs.
3.2.3.2 Licensee shall enable output protection (e.g., WMDRM-ND or DTCP) on all compressed digital outputs.
Tablets. In certain situations, Customer may request Think Power for tablets to be combined with the services. Upon Customer request, Think Power at its discretion, may lease the Think Power approved tablets to the customer solely for use of Think Power software/Think Power approved software. The tablets will come equipped with cases and chargers. The tablets maybe outfitted with rugged, all-weather cases and screen protectors that will shield them from mud, moisture, extreme sun exposure and protect them from dropping. All tablets will come with their factory manufactured wall charger and cord. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain and protect the Think Power supplied tablets. In the event of damage to the tablets, Think Power will charge the customer the then current replacement cost with an appropriate markup and any added administrative and management costs.
Tablets. Tablets are only available for sale to existing Mobile Broadband Service customers or on sign up for new Mobile Broadband customers. Tablets can be purchased by means of a one off payment or on a 24 month repayment plan where the outright cost of the tablet is split over 24 months. The purchase price of the different tablets is set out in the following table. Tablets a. 2 year warranty on tablet electrical components, excluding glass and screen protector.
i. MAX tablet glass is made from Corning’s “Gorilla Class III” and includes and additional pre-installed “Accessory Glass II” screen protector (also made by Corning).
ii. Tablet glass damage is not covered under this warranty and remains the end-user’s responsibility for repair thought the Brunswick Electronic Repair Center (ERC) if the tablet glass is damaged.
Tablets. For Included Programs in Standard Definition and High Definition on all Tablets:
3.2.3.1 Licensee shall enable HDCP on all uncompressed digital outputs in the applicable Territory if all Other Distributors in such Territory have implemented and activated HDCP on all uncompressed digital outputs on all similar devices (i.e., other tablets with uncompressed digital outputs) with respect to all motion picture content licensed by Licensor or any other SPE Entity in such Territory.
3.2.3.2 Licensee shall enable output protection (e.g., WMDRM-ND or DTCP) on all compressed digital outputs in the applicable Territory if all Other Distributors in such Teritory have implemented and activated output protection with a similar level of security on all compressed digital outputs on all similar devices (i.e., other tablets with compressed digital outputs) with respect to all motion picture content licensed by Licensor or any other SPE Entity in such Territory.
Tablets. A mobile computer with a touchscreen display that is service enabled to make telephone calls and provide free and fee-based services and access to content including books, movies, music and games.
Tablets. Company shall supply up to Eighteen Thousand (18,000) Inspire™ mobile tablets (individually “Tablet” and collectively “Tablets”) for the duration of the Agreement, subject to the following limitations.
1. Each inmate assigned a Tablet must agree to accompanying terms and conditions in order to be granted use of the Tablet.
2. Company shall provide one set of earphones to each inmate supplied a Tablet, and shall supply replacement earphones for purchase by the inmate through Premises Provider’s commissary service.
3. Company shall not replace or repair any Tablet that is damaged or destroyed by willful act, as determined in Company’s discretion.
4. Company shall replace or repair on a one-time basis per inmate any Tablet that is damaged or destroyed for reasons other than a willful act, subject to the following:
a. Company shall have no obligation during any twelve (12) month period to replace or repair in any housing unit within a Location more than five (5) Tablets or a number of tablets equal to five (5%) percent of the Tablets deployed at that housing unit, whichever is greater;
b. Company may cease providing the Mobility Service at any housing unit within a Location, and remove the Tablets deployed to that Location, if Company has repaired and/or replaced in any twelve (12) month period ten (10) Tablets or a number of Tablets equal to ten (10) percent of the Tablets deployed at that housing unit, whichever is greater.
5. Company may replace, upgrade, or substitute any or all of the Tablets at any time.
