TAD Resolution Sample Clauses
The TAD Resolution clause establishes the procedures for resolving Technical Assistance Disputes (TADs) that may arise between parties during the course of a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for submitting a dispute, the timeline for response, and the method for reaching a resolution, such as through negotiation, mediation, or escalation to higher management.
