Tail Board Closing Sample Clauses

Tail Board Closing. After completion of unloading, the trucks are to go to the designated place (inside our plant itself) where Vedanta appointed third party agency shall carry out the activity of the tailboard closing. No driver shall carry out this activity on their own. Any such activity is strictly prohibited & if anyone found doing so, penalty of Rs. 500/- per truck shall be levied. Also, the said truck & driver will be added under the BAN list. Note - The cost incurred by Vedanta towards the tail board closing shall be debited to the transporter.
