Takedown Obligations. Section 3.3(a) of the MDA is hereby amended and restated in its entirety from and after the Effective Date of this Amendment as follows:
Takedown Obligations. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 3.2 above, the City shall Takedown the Whisper Valley Ranch Parkland on each Takedown Date.
