Taking of Necessary Actions. HLSS shall perform all actions necessary to sell and/or contribute, assign, transfer and convey the Aggregate Receivables to the Depositor and its assigns, including the Issuer, including, without limitation, any necessary notifications to the MBS Trustees or other parties.
