TAKING OVER OF SECTIONS OR SEPARABLE PARTS. OF THE WORKS 19.1 In accordance with the procedure set out in Article 18 of this Contract, the Contractor may request and UNICEF may agree to issue a Certificate of Substantial Completion in respect of: 1. any substantial part for which a separate time for completion is provided in Article 9 of this Contract; or 2. any substantial part of the Works which has been both completed to the satisfaction of UNICEF, and may be occupied or used by UNICEF or the beneficiaries.
