Taking Response Notice. If Tenant delivers its Tenant Taking Termination Notice to Landlord, then Landlord shall have a period of no more than fifteen (15) days in which to notify Tenant in writing of Landlord’s acceptance or rejection of the Tenant Taking Termination Notice (“Taking Response Notice”). Landlord’s failure to provide its Taking Response Notice within such fifteen (15) day period shall be deemed a rejection of the Tenant Taking Termination Notice.
