Tampa Electric’s Obligation to Provide Cargo. For each Month beginning in January, 2009, Tampa Electric shall provide to United the quantity of Cargo for that Month as set forth in the River Update that Tampa Electric had issued two Months earlier, plus or minus ten per cent (10%). For example, in January, 2009, Tampa Electric shall provide the quantity as set forth in the River Update for January, 2009, as revised no later than on November 1, 2008, ± ten per cent (10%); in February, Tampa Electric shall provide the quantity set forth in the River Update, as revised no later than on December 1, ± ten per cent (10%), and so on.
