Common use of Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personal Property. All goods, machinery, equipment, inventory and all other tangible personal property of any nature whatsoever, wherever located, including raw materials, work in process, finished parts and products, supplies, spare parts, replacement parts, merchandise for resale, computers, tapes, disks and computer equipment.

Tangible Personal Property.
