TANK TESTING. There may be occasions when Purchaser’s tanks need to be “topped off” for testing purposes. In such case, Purchaser will be allowed to initiate a “top off” order and the already established contract pricing is to be applied. If Purchaser requires the delivery to occur on a specific date, Purchaser is to provide Contractor with at least five (5) business days’ advance notice.
