Common use of Target Cash Bonus Clause in Contracts

Target Cash Bonus. For each Annual Cash Bonus Performance Period, Executive’s target Annual Cash Bonus (the “Target Cash Bonus”) will be equal to $1,500,000, which Target Cash Bonus may be increased by the Compensation Committee to account for the consummation of strategic initiatives, such as capital raises and M&A transactions, and any such increased amount will thereafter be the Target Cash Bonus for all purposes under the Agreement. Executive is entitled to receive an Annual Cash Bonus from 0% to 250% of the Target Cash Bonus for each Annual Cash Bonus Performance Period, based on performance as described below.
