Target Completion Date is defined in 1.01. In the event that, due to the fault of NAANOVO, NAANOVO fails to complete on time the WTE plant as provided in Clause 4.01, NAANOVO shall pay INTERNATIONAL POWER a penalty fee for each day thereafter until the Completion Date as provided in the Third Schedule.
