Target Month End Product Volume. (a) By the thirteenth (13th) of each month the Company shall provide to Xxxx its standard run-out report (the “Run-out Report”) showing the estimated quantities of each Product that it expects to produce and deliver to Xxxx during the following month and the quantities of each Product it expects to sell under the Marketing and Sales Agreement during such following month (for each Product, the “Projected Monthly Production Volume”), which may, from time to time, be adjusted by the Company.
