TARGET RESEARCH Clause Samples

The TARGET RESEARCH clause defines the scope and objectives of research activities to be conducted under an agreement. It typically outlines the specific research areas, goals, or deliverables that the parties are expected to pursue, and may set parameters such as timelines, milestones, or resource commitments. By clearly delineating the focus of research efforts, this clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations and helps prevent disputes over the direction or outcomes of the research.
