Common use of Targeted Deposits to the Interest Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Targeted Deposits to the Interest Funding Account. The aggregate amount of BAseries Available Funds targeted to be deposited into the Interest Funding Account pursuant to Section 3.01(a) on each Transfer Date is equal to the sum of the following amounts. A single tranche of Notes may be entitled to more than one of the following targeted deposits on any Transfer Date. The targeted deposit on any Transfer Date will also include any shortfall in the targeted deposit with respect to any prior Transfer Date which has not been previously deposited.

The targeted deposit on any Transfer Date will also include any shortfall in the targeted deposit with respect to any prior Transfer Date which has not been previously deposited.
