Targeted User Advertising. LookSmart shall place Lowestfare Content in banner advertising spaces on certain web pages in the LookSmart Site that are accessed by internet users with the criteria set forth in Exhibit A (the "User Criteria"). The location of such banner ads on web pages, the frequency and timing of the delivery of such banner ads, and the particular pages on which such Lowestfare Content will be served shall be determined in accordance with the schedule set forth at Exhibit E.
