Targeted Advertising Prohibition Operator is prohibited from using or selling Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Operator; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or
No Outside Advertising No outside advertisement for any vacancy shall be placed until the applications of present union members have been fully processed.
Customary Advertising Material The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties.
Publicity and Advertising Executive agrees that the Company may use his name, picture, or likeness for any advertising, publicity or other business purpose at any time, during the term of this Agreement and may continue to use materials generated during the term of this Agreement for a period of six (6) months thereafter. No Advertising Influencers will not, as a part of the Influencer Content produced for any Brand program advertise, market, or otherwise promote any other product or service in which Influencer or any Influencer affiliates have an ownership interest or other financial interest, directly or indirectly.
Advertising The Contractor shall not refer to sales to the State for advertising or promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, posting any material or data on the Internet, without DAS’s prior written approval.
Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.
Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.
