Tariff Concessions Sample Clauses
A Tariff Concessions clause establishes the terms under which certain goods may be imported at reduced or zero tariff rates, typically as a result of trade agreements or government policies. This clause outlines the eligibility criteria for products to qualify for these concessions, such as origin, classification, or compliance with specific regulations. By defining these conditions, the clause facilitates cost savings for importers and encourages international trade, while also ensuring that only qualifying goods benefit from the reduced tariffs.
