Tariff Quotas. 1. Unless otherwise provided in the Incorporated Agreement, in the Incorporated Agreement the administration period for a tariff quota in Article 27(2), Annex IV(b), Annex IV(c), Annex V(c) and Annex III to Protocol 3 and Annex I to the Additional Protocol shall be 1 January to 31 December for each year this Agreement is in force.
