Common use of Tariff Rebate Amount Clause in Contracts

Tariff Rebate Amount. On each Payment Date, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Tariff Rebate Amount, if any, for such Payment Date; provided, that the Lessee shall not be required to pay the Tariff Rebate Amount for any Payment Date if, on such Payment Date, no Event of Default or Potential Event of Default under the Loan Agreement has occurred and is continuing. The “Tariff Rebate Amount” due for each Payment Date shall equal all rebates, credits or other reimbursement of tariffs received in respect of a Scooter, if any, during the immediately preceding Collection Period.
