Tariff Terms and Conditions. Xxxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that Transporter will apply to the NEB for approval of Transporter’s revised transportation tariff, and that such tariff will specify existing and additional terms and conditions that apply to the Expansion Firm Services selected by Shipper in Appendix A. Expansion Firm Services will be subject to and governed by the terms and conditions in Transporter’s existing tariff applicable to FRS, FDS, and FFPS with the following exceptions:
